» Rekd - Harley vs Union long term effects

It's hard to perdict what the long term effects will be. I know from a worker's standpoint (I'm not nor do I ever want to be part of any union, but my wife is), it must be pretty shocking when your employer locks you out after you ask for a raise. I imagine the company will survive this, but I'm not sure how many of the workers will tolerate this.

I'm having a hard time deciding which side I should be supportive of.

What's your opinion?

The unfortunate consequence of strike action Matt. Like you said Matt the company will survive but at what cost to the other contractors they use? .
